1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fescer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Fescer operates a daily tournament platform where players complete in-game challenges, submit screenshots as proof, and compete for rewards. We are an independent community platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game company.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

4. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts may result in disqualification
• You must provide accurate information in your profile (e.g., Game ID)

5. Tournament Rules

• Players must complete the daily challenge in the official app and submit genuine, unedited screenshots
• Only one submission per player per day is allowed
• Submissions are reviewed by our admin team before approval
• The admin's decision on submissions is final
• Edited, fake, or reused screenshots will result in permanent disqualification
• The player with the fastest approved time wins the daily reward

6. Rewards

• Rewards are distributed at the discretion of Fescer
• Rewards are not affiliated with any game company
• Fescer reserves the right to change reward amounts or structure at any time
• Winners must provide a valid Game ID to receive rewards

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate the tournament system
• Submit fake, edited, or stolen screenshots
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or admins
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website

8. Content You Submit

By submitting screenshots, you grant Fescer permission to review and display them (in the admin panel and winners page) for tournament purposes.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or display abusive behavior. Decisions are at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fescer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of the service or receipt of rewards.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
